- Northwest Territories: Food Establishment – Inspections and Permits
- Nova Scotia: Environment and Climate Change
- Nunavut: Food Safety
- Prince Edward Island: Approved Food Safety Training Programs
- Quebec: Recognition of prior learning, acquired skills and equivalents
- Saskatchewan: Approved Safe Food Handling Courses in Saskatchewan (PDF)
Alberta recognizes the combination of both FOODSAFE Level 1 and Level 2 certificates as equivalent to its food handler training requirement.
Ontario uses FOODSAFE teaching and learning materials.
