FOODSAFE Level 1 is offered as a one-day in-person course in classrooms around the province. Courses are hosted by colleges, universities, community centres, and private training companies.
You’ll receive an English workbook on the day of the course. If you need a workbook or exam in one of the other supported languages, make arrangements with your course provider before the course starts.
